The gap personnel group are acting as an Employment Agency.

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Customer Support Administrator on the outskirts of Swindon on a permanent basis. Working hours: 0830-1700 Monday-Friday Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 per annum Depending on Experience This is a busy environment and the ideal candidate will need to have excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise work load in line with business needs. You must enjoy working as part of a team and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills gained within a customer service environment. Good numeracy and excel skills are a must for this role. The ideal candidate: • Excellent administrative skills with good levels of accuracy and attention to detail • Friendly and professional manner and confident when working and communicating with people at all levels • Adaptable and able to respond positively to a changing and fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure • Able to establish and maintain positive relationships at all levels • Committed to working as part of a team and proactively supporting colleagues This role is interviewing immediately and you will be joining an established and dynamic team.
