The gap personnel group are acting as an Employment Business.

Our client is looking to recruit a temporary Administrator on full time basis.

Salary and Working Hours:

The salary for this role will be £9.00 per hour dependant on experience.

The hours of work will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

This role will be a 1 month contract with a possibility of extension and will be a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Job Purpose:

To provide comprehensive, accurate and timely administration support through all of the main HR disciplines and employee lifecycle.

Support the transition to a shared HR service for administration.

Accountabilities Recruitment and selection, On-boarding and induction, Learning and Development, HR systems and reporting, general administration and Health and Safety environment. Key Performance Indicators

• Maintain efficient, accurate and up to date systems/records: All files are in workable order. Up to date, accurate information stored on HR systems. Relevant files in filing system. Archived files easily accessible. Accurate and timely action of correspondence • Working Relationships: Feedback from other departments.
