The gap personnel group are acting as an Employment Business.

Gap personnel are recruiting on behalf of our well-established client for an experienced administrator to join their small team based in Cirencester on a temp to perm basis. A warm, friendly personality is key, along with a positive, “can-do” attitude. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, and experience of using Sage 200 would be highly advantageous but not essential. Responsibilities include: - Preparing and maintaining the sales ledger - Reconciliation of bank statements, accounts and expenses - Processing wages - Preparing VAT returns and maintaining records - Using Sage 200 Working hours are 8.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 1.00pm on a Friday. Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.
