The gap personnel group are acting as an Employment Business.

Our client is looking for a German/English Customer Service Advisor on a Full-time – temporary cover basis, based at our Gloucester headquarters.  Working within their award winning team, the role will focus on managing customers service queries, for their growing presence in Germany.  The ideal candidate will have previous phone/email based Customer Service experience.

The primary task is ensuring that the excellent standard of the service is provided and maintained, whilst increasing the company’s venue via increased sales.  Full training will be given by the UK Customer Service Team and Germany Marketplace Executive who will support the candidate as they learn our processes and procedures.

Day to day tasks include: telephone contact (very limited) and written correspondence via email in response to product/delivery related enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring emails are dealt with within the 24hr response times, candidate will be responsible for maintaining account metrics
• Using the telephone and email in professional and timely manner to respond to German Customers and internal enquires
• Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving customer complaints with tact and sensitivity, in accordance with the Company Policy
• Performing administrative functions to ensure the smooth processing of customer orders
• Protecting customer information, including sensitive financial information, in accordance with relevant legislation.


Key Skills and Experience:
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both German and English
• IT literate with good numeracy skills
• Professional and flexible
• Able to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, even when under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Able to adapt and deal with changing demands
• Be honest and act with integrity, taking responsibility when required

 

Flexible hours based on 24hr response time, with some weekend cover                              8-8 Sunday - Friday
